CRM & the customer lifecycle, handled

Transactional, lifecycle, and operational email all flow through one rate-limited gateway — so customers stay informed, reviews get requested, and you get a daily brief without lifting a finger.

What it does

One outbox, every message

  • Rate-limited outbox queue sends through a single gateway so you never trip provider limits.
  • Transactional email for order, shipped, delivered, and review-request events.
  • Lifecycle & ops mail: daily summaries, alerts, lead evaluation, arrival notifications.
  • RFQ responder that turns inbound quote requests into structured records (shared with the quote engine).
  • Review requests triggered off delivered status to grow social proof.

CRM & lifecycle

The whole customer lifecycle, sent by PLCXBOT

From the moment an order lands to the review request after it arrives, the right branded email goes out at the right time — each one signed by PLCXBOT. Your templates and brand; PLCXBOT just sends them on cue.

Order placed → Shipped + tracking → Out for delivery → Delivered → How was your order?

Order confirmation email with line items, total, and shipping address
1 · New order — confirmation with line items and total.
Shipped email with a delivery progress tracker and tracking number
2 · Shipped — progress tracker, carrier, and tracking link.
Out for delivery email alerting the customer the package arrives today
3 · Out for delivery — “arriving today,” fired from live tracking.
How was your order review request email with a star rating call to action
4 · How was your order? — review request a few days after delivery.

Representative templates with sample data. Each is branded to the tenant and timed off real order and tracking events — the “out for delivery” note fires when the carrier marks the package on the truck, and the review request waits a few days after delivery.

One queue, one gateway, paced under provider limits.

Every message, in order

Transactional mail goes out the moment it’s due — order confirmation and a shipped-with-tracking note already sent. The quote for Ridgeline is held as a draft for a rep to glance at before it sends, because a quote is worth a human’s two seconds.

Lifecycle mail is scheduled, not blasted: a review request fires after delivery, and your daily summary lands at 8 PM. Everything flows through one rate-limited queue, so you never trip a provider’s sending cap or get throttled.

  • Transactional, lifecycle, and ops mail in one queue
  • Quotes drafted for review; the rest fully automated
  • Rate-limited — no provider lockouts

Email is the spine of the RFQ engine

The same gateway that sends your transactional mail delivers quotes and chases follow-ups.
