The warehouse floor, digitized

A scan-driven pick station, multi-box packing with one-call carrier labels, packing slips, and serial capture — so orders go out faster and with fewer mistakes.

What it does

Scan, pack, label, done

  • Barcode pick station. Scan to resolve an item, work a pick queue, and confirm — no hunting through tabs.
  • Multi-box pack & ship. A single carrier call returns multiple tracking numbers and labels for a multi-piece shipment.
  • Native label printing. Labels render as ZPL straight to a thermal printer.
  • Packing slips. Generated on demand through the store’s PDF tooling.
  • Serial & warranty capture. Record serial numbers at pack time and manage warranties from the same console.

One carrier call returned three labels and three tracking numbers.

What the picker did

Order #10482 needed three boxes. The picker scanned each item to its box, hit Pack & print, and a single multi-piece call to the carrier returned three labels and three tracking numbers at once — printed as ZPL straight to the thermal printer, with a packing slip alongside.

Serial numbers captured during the pick are now tied to the order for warranty, and all three tracking numbers flow into the tracking board so the customer’s shipped-and-delivered emails fire on their own.

  • Multi-box shipments in one carrier call
  • Native ZPL labels + packing slip, no copy-paste
  • Serials captured and linked for warranty

Track it after it leaves

Outbound labels feed straight into multi-carrier tracking and delivered-status emails.
