Every package, one tracking view

Inbound from suppliers, outbound to customers, across four carriers — plus marketplace orders whose tracking is pulled in automatically. One dispatcher, one status feed.

What it does

Inbound and outbound, normalized

  • One tracking dispatcher routes any tracking number to the right carrier and returns a normalized status.
  • Inbound shipment tracking ties supplier packages to invoices so you know what’s arriving and when.
  • Outbound tracking follows customer shipments through to delivered, feeding delivery emails.
  • Marketplace buyer-tracking auto-pull imports tracking from eBay orders on a recurring sweep.
  • Optional aggregator (EasyPost / AfterShip) covers gaps like USPS-inbound and FedEx/DHL in a single key.

Inbound supplier shipments and outbound customer orders, side by side.

Inbound and outbound, one view

The top row is a customer order out for delivery on UPS — when it lands, the delivered status fires the delivery email and a review request. Below it, an inbound purchase order from a supplier on FedEx shows its ETA, so receiving knows what’s coming.

The eBay row was never keyed in by hand — buyer tracking is pulled automatically from the marketplace on a recurring sweep and normalized into the same board, whatever carrier the seller used.

  • Supplier ETAs feed receiving and purchasing
  • Delivered status triggers customer comms
  • Marketplace tracking pulled in, no manual entry
